Delivery time in Switzerland
After delivery by our shipping department, the preparation time of 2 to 3 days excluding transport. Your order is delivered in 2 to 3 days by the delivery service. These times are in working days, excluding postal routing problems.

Delivery time in the rest ofthe world
Details on request. In the case of a delay in delivery of more than 7 days, the customer must inform the customer service of moulin de Vies who will transmit the information to the delivery service in order to open an investigation. If the parcel is not found at the end of the 21 days investigation period, the parcel is considered as lost and moulin de Vies will send a replacement parcel to the customer, at its own expense, or will reimburse the customer for the amount of these products.

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (for example: damaged parcel or broken products) will have to be imperatively indicated on the delivery order in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the signature of the customer. The customer must immediately report the anomaly to the Moulin de Vies, which will send the customer a replacement parcel at its own expense or reimburse the customer for the cost of the products.

The shipping costs do not include customs duties and other additional costs, which are to be borne exclusively by the customer.

The customer benefits from a quality guarantee on our online products. If the defect is proven, moulin de Vies undertakes to exchange or refund the defective or non-conforming products as well as the possible return costs within fourteen (14) days.
